I guess it's been a few months since this was posted, but I just wanted to share that my face got really dry when I started using Retin-A. Try and avoid other things that dry out your skin until you build up more of a tolerance (wind, sun exposure, chlorine, over-washing). You can cut back to using it only a few times a week until your skin desensitizes too.

I use it, but somehow I still have problem. Look like only vitamin B5 only is not enough.

Acne Feedback: Here's the problem. Proactiv might work for a day, it might work for two days... might even work for 3.

But it does not treat the source! which means you are going to have to buy proactiv for the rest of your life. Not very exciting is it? Acne will keep coming back again, and again. That's because Proactiv just treats acne topically.

I have tried Proactiv, Murad, and Clean & Clear and it did not work for me. nor does it work for alot of people.. And as mentioned.. the few people that it does work for are always going to be fighting acne.

Here's problem #2. Dermatologists. Yes dermatologists have some amazing drugs they can prescribe. but they can not CURE acne. they treat it. which means they are going to be prescribing you drugs for the next few years of your life.. and again these drugs never get down to the root of the problem.

And as if that's not bad enough.. you've heard of accutane right? well it's the #1 dermatologist recommended drug right now and if you went to the dermatologist chances are that's what they will give you. well a recent study just confirmed that accutine increases risk of depression 2x! and is 900X! more likely to cause depression than any other acne medication.

And as if that's not bad enough the side effects include: serious mental disabilities, severe stomach cramps, nose bleeds, unsightly peeling of the skin, loss of vision, loss of hearing.. you name it!

If you want to cure your back acne for GOOD then you have to deal with what caused the problem in the first place. which is internal.

there's an awesome free acne guide over at:

it's the definitive guide to acne and explains everything about it as well as free home remedies you can use NOW to get immediate results.

if you are looking for the best natural acne treatment which fights acne from all directions (including internally)
then I recommend

it's worked miracles for me
Hope that helps clear some things up!

Acne Feedback: I KNOW PEOPLE SAY PROACTIVE WORKS, BUT IT DOES NOT WORK FOR EVERYONE!! TRUST ME I HAVE USED IT! i HIGHLY suggest you go see a dermatologist!! if you need to find one in your area, call your doctor. they should prescribe you with a topical treatment called differin. that works well, but i suggest you ask to be prescribed a pill. that works wonders and will get rid of acne all over your body!

hope this helps :]

PS
DONT USE OVER THE COUNTER PRODUCTS!!

Acne Feedback: Mix a little bit of vinegar and lemon juice and dab a cotton swab into it. Put it on the places where you have the acne. It works great and it ususally takes effect the next day. Good luck.

Acne Feedback: try acne.org dan's regimen
it works so well
keep at it though even though it may be uncomfortable
when you get dry and flakey skin it means its working, just use a lot of moisturizer

Acne Feedback: Hi there,
I went through what you have just described, almost exactly, then a friends girlfriend suggested I use this really excellent Clay off eBay, which has made my acne completely gone. Here's the link for it, so I hope you get the same results as I did.
